How do I create an account?
Click here to get started. You can access your account via the Serafina Rewards button on the left of our website.
I have already signed up to Serafina in-store. Do I still need to create an account?
Yes you do! To earn and redeem points you will need to create an account.
What will happen to my existing loyalty points?
Once you create an account, using the same email you used when signing up the first time, your loyalty points will roll over to your account.
Do my points expire?
Your points will expire after 6 months.
Vouchers can be redeemed online and in-store. When shopping online, simply click on 'claim voucher', copy the code and paste in your cart when checking out.
